The bid was published on single bid basis. hence, as per GeM provision Select random 10 L1 bidders was opted on GeM; wherein GeM itself has chosen and provided us the Random bidders list in the lot of 10 bidders. This option was continued till 8th lot (till 3 bidders are found qualified). Evaluation of further bidders was not carried out as the bid was floated under single bid and the prices were opened upfront.
